Delivery and Returns Policies

Delivery

We offer a next working day delivery, next working day delivery before 12pm and Saturday delivery.

Please note next working day delivery before 12pm and Saturday delivery incur an additional charge and do not qualify for free delivery.

All orders received before 2pm UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, excluding English Bank Holidays.

Orders received after 2pm, on a weekend or an English Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next working day.

We currently use DPD for delivery.

Returns

If you would like to return any items, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods returned must be in a resaleable condition with the original packaging. We may not be able to offer a full refund unless this is the case.
